About this honey
Red cap. Dark honey. Chili-forward heat that builds, not burns. We start with our raw wildflower and infuse it slow with a blend of Asian chili peppers until it hits the sweet spot between spicy and sweet. Drizzle it on fried chicken, pizza, or a bowl of ramen.
