The New Jersey Pine Barrens: infamously home to the Jersey Devil but also to a myriad of nectar sources, including pepperbush, low bush blueberry, cranberry, huckleberry, swamp mallow, and basswood trees. Our Pine Barrens Honey is a bold one. It’s smooth and velvety, light to medium amber in color, and leaves a delightful aftertaste of pine candy. Local, raw, pure, and natural , our Pine Barrens Honey is the result of our bees doing what they do best- within the Pine Barrens. We only step in to collect, filter, and bottle this honey to capture it in all its sticky goodness and deliver it straight to you. Include it in a honey-tasting (think wine-tasting but sweeter and friendly for all ages!) with our other varietals: Cranberry Honey , Blueberry Honey , and Wildflower Honey . You will notice the nuances in taste and texture. Pine Barrens Honey has been described as having an essence of caramel with herbal notes and lingering pine flavor.
