This is our local raw, unfiltered honey from Alameda County communities including: Livermore, Fremont, Niles, Pleasanton, and Hayward. A brown honey with amber and red highlights, this is a thick pouring honey with hints of chocolate. Due to its thicker consistency, this honey is good for sandwiches and also in marinades or cooking. It pairs well with bolder/saltier flavors like blue cheeses.
