About this honey
Coast-side honey is different. The bees work the bluffs and farmland between the Pacific and the hills – wild buckwheat, coastal sage, and the flower farms that line Highway 1. This jar runs noticeably darker than the inland varietals, with a molasses-like depth and a faint mineral bite you won't find anywhere else in the Bay.
