About this honey
Año Nuevo is as wild as the Bay Area gets – elephant seal territory, coastal prairie, and the last stretch of undeveloped coastline between Santa Cruz and Half Moon Bay. The bees work the native brush: coyote bush, coffeeberry, wild radish, and whatever the fog drags in. This honey is dark, assertive, and tastes like the coast smells after a storm. Not for the timid palate. Real beekeeper honey from the edge of the map.
