Lighter than our original Utah Wildflower Honey, this light wildflower honey is milder in flavor than its more robust sibling. The pollen for this honey comes from the lighter flowers of Box Elder County, Utah, which produces the lighter color and flavor. While is it lighter than many other wildflower honeys, it is still darker and more robust than clover honey. The hives are located on an organic farm in Box Elder County, Utah. Our Honey Characteristics: Unfiltered - Retains some beeswax and pollen - commercial packers typically filter their honey to create a clear visually appealing product.
